About Kendra

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals feel more stable, clear, and in control of their mental health.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and highly personalized—with an emphasis on truly understanding your experience before making treatment decisions.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels manageable and effective.

My work focuses on:
• Precision over trial-and-error
• Sustainable improvement—not quick fixes
• A calm, structured treatment experience
• Respect for your time, energy, and goals

Services

Medication Management

Thoughtful prescribing with a focus on effectiveness, tolerability, and long-term stability.

ADHD Evaluation & Treatment

Evaluation includes clinical assessment of attention, focus, and executive functioning, along with individualized treatment planning. In some cases, a validated ADHD assessment tool is required to support diagnosis and treatment decisions. (Use of formal testing, such as MOXO-CPT, involves an additional out-of-pocket cost.)

Anxiety & Depression Treatment

Targeting both emotional and physical symptoms to help you feel more like yourself again.

Trauma & Stress-Related Concerns

Care that recognizes how past experiences can impact current functioning.

Telehealth Psychiatry

Convenient, private appointments from the comfort of your home.

Who I Work With

I work best with individuals who:
• Are motivated for change
• Value a collaborative, thoughtful approach
• Prefer a more personalized and attentive level of care

🌿 Approach to Care

I believe mental health treatment should feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Care is:

  • Collaborative (you’re part of every decision)
  • Evidence-based
  • Individualized to your needs
  • Focused on both short-term relief and long-term stability

There is no one-size-fits-all approach—and we won’t treat it that way.
